Health Information
The Health Information Department, formerly referred to as the Medical Records Department, consists of six employees. It is required that every HIM Department has a credentialed person employed. The HIM Department is responsible for coding, credentialing of all physicians, chart analysis, release of information, retrieving charts, medical staff reports, reporting to the Kansas Cancer Registry and transcription.
Social Services
Social work assistance is available to you and your family. The Social Worker can help with many things including financial assistance, placement, information on advanced directives, as well as a variety of other issues.
