Decatur Health Systems serves community home care needs through Cottonwood Home Care. This service is designed for patients who are primarily homebound, but other circumstances may qualify an individual for home care. Nurses and healthcare providers visit the patient's home and provide assistance with everyday activities that may require some additional assistance from time to time. Cottonwood Home Care has a registered nurse available "on call" 24 hours a day. Our office is adjacent to the Speciality Clinic at Decatur Health Systems.

Home Medical Equipment

Through Apria home medical equipment is offered. Home medical equipment specialists provide prompt in-home delivery, patient/caregiver education, and biomedical inspections and repairs. Respiratory products include CPAP, BiPAP, and nebulizers.
