Decatur Health Systems serves the community home care needs through Cottonwood Home Care. This service is designed for patients who are primarily homebound, but other circumstances may qualify an individual for home care. Nurses and healthcare providers visit the patient's home and provide assistance with everyday activities that may require some additional assistance from time to time. We have 24 hour nurse "On Call" for non-emergent care and questions. Our office is adjacent to the Speciality Clinic at Decatur Health Systems.
